Privacy policy
Effective September 15, 2026. This explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
TrumpCareForAll ("we," "us," or "our") operates trumpcareforall.org (the "Site") as an independent, privately owned insurance agency based in Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and to anyone who submits a quote request through our contact form.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us. When you submit our quote-request form, we collect your first and last name, phone number, email address, the topic you select (for example, individual/family plan, self-employed coverage, Medicare, or life insurance), and anything you write in the notes field. If you call or email us directly, we keep a record of that conversation and any information you choose to share, such as household size, income range, current medications, or preferred providers, to the extent it's relevant to finding you coverage.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information — your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request — for security, troubleshooting, and abuse-prevention purposes. As of this policy's effective date, the Site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics software; if that changes, we'll update this policy to describe what's added and why.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and connect you with a licensed agent.
- To compare coverage options and pricing across Marketplace and off-Marketplace carriers on your behalf.
- To follow up by phone, text, or email about your request, consistent with the consent described below.
- To maintain records required by insurance regulations and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To improve the Site and the accuracy of the information we publish on it.
How we share your information
We are not an insurance carrier — we're a broker, so sharing your information with carriers is how we actually get you a quote. We share the information you provide with:
- Insurance carriers and underwriters you're interested in, so they can generate quotes or process an enrollment.
- Our own licensed agents and staff who work on your request.
- Service providers who help us operate the Site or handle communications (for example, our email and phone providers), bound to use your information only to provide that service to us.
- Regulators or legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we never have.
Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
By submitting the quote-request form, you agree that a licensed TrumpCareForAll agent, or a carrier we connect you with, may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), or email about your request — including using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded or artificial voice, if applicable — even if your number is on a state or federal do-not-call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. Message and data rates may apply to SMS. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, telling an agent directly on a call, or contacting us using the information below — we'll honor that request promptly and stop further outreach tied to that request.
Data retention
We keep quote-request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, service any resulting policy, and satisfy insurance recordkeeping and audit requirements under applicable state law. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws in states including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others) to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, request correction or deletion, and opt out of the sale or "sharing" of personal information — though as noted above, we don't sell your information in the first place. To make a request, contact us using the information below; we'll verify your identity before acting on it and respond within the timeframe your state's law requires.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults seeking insurance coverage and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to limit access to those who need it to serve your request.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to carrier websites, government resources like HealthCare.gov, or other third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them — please review their policies separately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the information we collect or the way we use it changes. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
